Privacy Policy for Date & Time Toolkit

About this policy

Date & Time Toolkit is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes how the current app handles information when you use its date calculators, time tools, world clocks, countdowns, saved results, and calendar.

Information accessed and stored

The app processes the dates, times, durations, time zones, and other values you enter to perform calculations on your device. It reads the device’s current time and system time zone to display clocks, determine the current date, and update countdowns. A selected time zone is not a measurement of your physical location.

The app stores the following information locally when you use the relevant features:

• Countdown names, event dates and times, selected time zones, creation timestamps, and locally generated record identifiers.
• Saved calculation labels, results, associated dates, and locally generated record identifiers.
• Selected world-clock time zones.
• Preferences, including 12-hour or 24-hour display, working weekdays, and excluded dates.

On Android, these records are stored in the app’s private SharedPreferences storage. The browser preview uses browser local storage. Some screen inputs may also be retained through normal interface state restoration.

The current app does not require an account. It does not access your contacts, device calendar, photos, microphone, camera, or device location. Its calendar displays information from countdowns and saved results within the app.

Purposes of processing

Information is used to calculate date differences and working days, generate recurring dates, convert durations and time zones, display world clocks, manage countdowns, show saved entries in the calendar, and remember your settings. Countdown displays update while the app is open; the app does not schedule background alarms or notifications.

Collection, transmission, and sharing

The current application code processes and stores your toolkit information locally. It does not transmit that information to the developer or implement a developer-operated account, server, or cloud synchronization service. It does not sell or share your toolkit information through app features.

The Android app declares Internet permission, but the current app features do not implement network requests or uploads of toolkit information.

Android backup is enabled in the application configuration. Depending on your device, Android version, and system settings, app data may be included in operating-system backups or device transfers. Such copies are handled by the relevant system or backup provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Local storage therefore does not mean that operating-system backup copies can never exist.

Third-party software and advertising

The current app uses Android and Jetpack Compose components, Kotlin and Compose Multiplatform libraries, and Kotlin date/time and coroutine libraries to provide its interface and calculations. No advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDK is integrated in the inspected application configuration. The current app does not display advertisements.

Local storage failures may produce technical exception messages in Android system logs or, for the browser preview, the browser console. The app does not implement remote transmission of those logs.

Security

Android storage uses the platform’s private app-storage controls. The browser preview relies on browser storage protections. The current code does not add app-specific encryption to stored toolkit records. Protection of operating-system backups depends on the system and provider settings.

The app does not implement transmission of toolkit records, so app-specific encryption in transit is not applicable to those records in the current implementation. No storage method or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Saved countdowns, results, world clocks, and preferences remain in local storage until you delete them, change them, or clear the app’s data. Completed countdowns remain in history until you delete them; they do not expire automatically. There is no automatic retention period for saved records.

Operating-system backup copies may have a separate retention period controlled by the backup provider and your settings.

Deletion and your choices

You can delete upcoming countdowns and completed countdowns from the Countdowns screen, delete individual entries from Saved Results, remove world clocks, and change preferences in Settings.

To remove all locally stored Android app information, use your device’s controls to clear the app’s storage. Uninstalling normally removes the app’s local data, but may leave operating-system backup copies that can be restored later. Manage those copies through the applicable backup settings. For the browser preview, clear the site’s browser storage to remove its saved toolkit information.

For questions or deletion assistance, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The developer has no app-provided remote access to your locally stored toolkit records and cannot delete those records from your device remotely.

Children’s privacy

The app’s intended age groups have not been established in the supplied product information. The current app has no account registration, age-verification feature, advertising SDK, or developer-side collection of toolkit records. Information entered by a child is handled through the same local processing and storage described in this policy. A parent or guardian can use the deletion controls described above or contact the developer for assistance.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or its information handling. Review the policy accompanying the version of the app you use for the current description of its practices.
